The Challenge

We were challenged to create a deeply provocative, immersive, and multi-sensory journey to actively engage audience participation in virtual and physical environments. Inhance worked closely with our client iNK Stories, a NYC-based creative studio to solve for this challenge.

The Solution

Inhance created a large-scale physical installation that was LIDAR scanned and mapped in Unreal Engine with motion-captured actors and included multi-channel DTS surround sound, particle emitters, and heating guns that were all synced in VR to create a multi-sensory experience.

The Result

The experience at Sundance was fully committed during the show, and the Inhance team received critical acclaim and media coverage. Visitors considered it one of the most emotional events they have ever experienced.
