Senior 3D Artist

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in pre-rendered cinematics and/or Video Game development

• Must be proficient in 3DS Max, Maya or similar modeling packages and modern day game engines

• The ability to create highly photorealistic models and animation of characters, aircraft, vehicles, and environments that match our highest standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience modeling, texturing, animation, and VFX using 3D Studio Max, or Maya.

• Expert knowledge with VRay or similar rendering engine

• Expert knowledge After Effects or Fusion are pluses

• Expert knowledge of Substance Painter.

• Experience with Unreal, Unity or other game engine.

• Experience with PBR materials

• Knowledge of Zbrush

• Must be able to work on all aspects of a scene - including but not limited to model set up, materials, lighting, and particles.

• Knowledge of character animation/rigging is a plus.

• Must be able to balance quality with project time-frame.

• Must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and work well in a team environment.

• Must be resourceful with excellent follow-through skills.

• Must have strong multi-tasking ability.

• Working knowledge of interactive media (e.g. VR/AR, display technologies, video, 2D/3D animation and interactive software, mobile devices) is a plus.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary, art, programming, production and technology teams.

• Experience working on short-timeline, fast-paced projects.

• Must be punctual, reliable, highly flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects.

• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills (written, oral, internal, and client-facing).
